Foris Projects ("Foris," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy covers the information we collect through this website, our consultation request form, and the work we do on your property.

Information we collect

We collect what you give us directly: your name, phone number, email address, the project address, and details about the project, such as the type of work and the price range you have in mind. If you book a consultation call through this site, we also keep what you enter in the booking form.

How we use your information

We use it to set up and hold your consultation call, book any site visit, prepare your design and quote, carry out your project, send appointment reminders, answer your questions, and follow up on work we've talked about. If you give us your mobile number and agree to texts, we can text you about your project. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell your information

We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information. The only companies that handle it are the service providers that help us run the business, such as our scheduling and messaging platform, and they only use it to do that work for us.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use it only to contact you about your consultation request, your project and occasional offers. We do not share your mobile number or your text message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Advertising and analytics

We run ads on Facebook and Instagram. This site uses the Meta Pixel, and our booking platform tells Meta when a request is submitted or a call is booked, so we can see which ads bring people in. You can control how Meta uses your information for ads in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors scroll and click on this page, so we can make it easier to use. Clarity does not record what you type into the form.

Reply STOP to any text to stop messages, or HELP for help. To see, correct or remove the information we hold about you, call or email us using the details below.

Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access. We only keep what we need to do the job.
